OGCIO

The Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) provides a single focal point with responsibility for ICT policies, strategies, programmes and measures under the Digital 21 Strategy, in addition to providing information technology (IT) services and support within the Government.

The establishment of the OGCIO will provide a streamlined government structure for delivering the IT function both within the Government and in the community, and enable the Government to take a proactive, leading role in championing IT development.

GDSOC

Guangdong Software Outsourcing Council (GDSOC) is an industrial and intermediary organization established with the support from Guangdong Provincial Government, mainland China. GDSOC focuses on promoting the globalization and software outsourcing business of Guangdong software industry. It has set up offices in Hong Kong and overseas markets to connect the communication of information, human resources and businesses between domestic software providers and overseas markets, which play an effective role in contracting overseas software commissions and boosting the development of Guangdong software export.

HKPC

The Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) is a multi-disciplinary organization established by statute in 1967 to promote increased productivity and the use of more efficient methods throughout Hong Kong's business sectors. In specific, the Software Industry Information Centre (SIIC) of HKPC has conducted a number of IT consultancy projects and IT-related studies.

HKTDC

Established in 1966, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is the international marketing arm for Hong Kong-based traders, manufacturers and service providers. With more than 40 offices worldwide, including 11 in the Chinese mainland, the HKTDC promotes Hong Kong as a platform for doing business with China and Asia. The HKTDC also organises trade fairs and business missions to connect companies with opportunities in Hong Kong and the mainland, while providing information via trade publications, research reports and online.
